*Below are general recommendations. We are happy to answer any additional questions you may have about your current health status or goals. Common Questions

Q: Is insurance accepted?

A: At this time, Drip Drop IV Hydration & Wellness  does not accept medical insurance or health savings account (HSA) for payment. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted.

Q: What are the Benefits of IV therapy?

A: Benefits vary according to which IV therapy you choose. No matter which IV, the IV fluid is 100% effectively absorbed directly into the blood stream, vs only 20%-30% if taken orally.

Q: How long does IV therapy take?

A: Our IV infusions take approximately 30-45 minutes to administer. For your first infusion appointment, allocate an additional 15 minutes for a brief medical questionnaire.

Q: Does IV therapy have any side effects?

A: There are no serious side effects of hydration treatments. However, some clients experience bruising, redness or tenderness around the injection site.

Q: Is IV Hydration for anyone?

A: While the majority of our customers are eligible, Drip Drop IV Hydration & Wellness  has the right to withhold treatment if we feel it could create complications or concerns. We take pride in our professionalism and your safety is our priority.

Q: Whats the benefit of purchasing a package?

A: The main benefit of a package is that it provides cost-effective treatments in a simple, affordable manner. Packages will receive exclusive, complimentary treatments or reduced pricing for IV infusions. If you are looking for a Corporate membership package structure, don’t hesitate to reach out to us so we can discuss an option that’s best for your business’ needs.

Q: Is IV Therapy only beneficial if I'm Sick?

A: No! A lot of our clients use IV therapy treatments as part of their regular wellness routine, or to prepare for a big event. Some of our packages are also ideal for boosting your immune system during cold and flu season. Athletes and other people who train heavily use our formulas to improve performance and recovery. Others just like looking and feeling hydrated and well-rested prior to an important event.

Q: Will you come to my party or event?

A: Yes, we’d love an invite!  Please contact our team to learn more about discounted group rates. It’s the perfect “Day After” treat for your gathering – especially bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Q: How long after mobile service is booked before you can get to me?

A: When you don't feel well time goes slow and we understand that.  Thats why we do our best to get to you as fast as we  possibly can.  Depending on the time of day, we typically can get to you within 45 min -1 hour of your order and confirmation.  We always recommend scheduling in advance, but when the unexpected happens, we will be there for you and save the day

Q: Why do some of the IV Drips have the same ingredients but say they are for different symptoms/goals?

A: A number of our custom IV Drips have the same or similar combinations of vitamins and minerals BUT each bag has different amounts of each which is what makes them unique and targeted towards the specific symptoms and goals.
