Booking FAQs 

Q: How can I prepare for my appointment?

A: Drinking fluids before your appointment helps tremendously with starting your IV. We also recommend bringing along a book, headphones, computer or whatever you would like to do during your appointment. Sometimes clients get a little chilly during IV Hydration Therapy which is completely normal. We have blankets for your comfort or we recommend bringing a sweater/cardigan just in case. 

Q: How long of a wait will there be if I walk in? 

A: We highly encourage to book ahead to avoid a wait. Most days we have a few same day appointments available.

Q: Can I book for more than one person at a time?

A: If you are booking for more than just yourself, please book back to back appointments (up to 3) under your profile. You can make a note in the booking and we can get you all started at the same time. 

Q: Will my credit card be charged before my booking?

A: The credit card on file is to hold your appointment slot. It will only be charged through our system if you cancel under 24hours or a no show. We will accept payment for your service in the office after your service is complete.
