Booking FAQs
Q: How can I prepare for my appointment?
A: Drinking fluids before your appointment helps tremendously with starting your IV. We also recommend bringing along a book, headphones, computer or whatever you would like to do during your appointment. Sometimes clients get a little chilly during IV Hydration Therapy which is completely normal. We have blankets for your comfort or we recommend bringing a sweater/cardigan just in case.
Q: How long of a wait will there be if I walk in?
A: We are by appointment only. Most days we have a few same day appointments available.
Should you be in the area and stop in, we will do our best to get you seen promptly. Clients who have appointments will be seen before walk-ins.
Q: Can I book for more than one person at a time?
A: If you are booking for more than just yourself, please book back-to-back appointments and we will start you together, however each person needs their own account and complete their own intake and consent form prior to appointment.
Q: Will my credit card be charged before my booking?
A: The credit card on file is to hold your appointment slot. It will only be charged through our system if you cancel in 24hours or less or a no show. We will accept payment for your service in the office after your service is complete.
Q: If I want to add-on a IV dd-on or do more than one shot, how do I book this?
A: You will book each add-on for IV or if you want more than one shot, you will book another shot as a new appointment, each treatment is a new booking in order to block the schedule off for time needed. You can book these back-to-back as long as the time slot is not already taken. For IV add-on's, they are listed for you to select when you are booking appointments, they will be titled as IV add-on.
